David N. Fisher is a founding partner of Fisher, Byrialsen & Kreizer, PLLC. His current areas of practice include Criminal Defense and Civil Rights Litigation. He is a member of the New York County Lawyer’s Association (NYCLA), and the NYCLA Criminal Justice Committee.
Mr. Fisher graduated from The University of Delaware in 2002, with honors, majoring in Criminal Justice. He went on to graduate from New York Law School in 2005, cum laude, where he was a member of the New York Law School Law Review and was a Justice John Marshall Harlan Scholar.
Before becoming a partner at Fisher, Byrialsen & Kreizer, PLLC, Mr. Fisher worked as a public defender at the New York Legal Aid Society. As a public defender, Mr. Fisher handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from jumping turnstiles to serious gunpoint robberies. He has extensive trial experience in both State and Federal courts.
Mr. Fisher is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
